Can't use without brake pads.The scooters are great. We have 5 of them. They are useless without the brake pads which are a disposable item. Razor doesn't appear to stock them.
Lights AND spark added to a classic scooterI bought this as a Christmas present. Scooters is our default gift for birthdays and Christmas (and it doesn't break the bank). I was surprised that this is a newer version of we usually buy, now with lights and sparking. It's refreshing to see new upgrades to the classic scooter.
