      I purchased 2 of these for my kids for Easter. I purchased them 11/23/17 as we always shop and end of year for next year gifts. My children opened their razors March 30th.. we put them on charge for full 24 hours. However as my child was trying to ride her scooter the engine will not engage. Please advise on what my next steps are.
