Holiday Scooty Snacks

It’s the most rad time of the year ‘cause Santa Claus is coming to town! And after all those rockin’ Razor holiday decorations we wanted to share a few more treats. We’re making sure you’re giving Santa (and snacking on) the coolest cookies you can. But of course, you can’t forget about Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, and Vixen. Or that red-nosed reindeer, Rudolph!

That’s why we have some extreme Razor snacks you can make for yourself or just for Santa and his reindeer. So, let’s head to the kitchen.

Extreme Cookies for Santa

We know there’s nothing better than munching on some tasty holiday cookies, right? Right!! And of course, you’ll need to set some aside for Santa. And since you’re making them for both of you, why not make them not just extremely delicious, but extremely cool too?

Start off by making your favorite cookie recipe, (ours is sugar cookies!) whether it’s a family recipe or the back of the bag is up to you. St. Nick isn’t known to be picky with his sweets. The only rule: it has to be yummy! (But if you put raisins in your cookies…you might get coal.) And don’t forget to ask your parents for some help.

Now that you’ve made your cookie dough, it’s time to make them wheely special. Our two favorite shapes to make are the classic Razor scooter and a Razor blade snowflake! Here’s how:

Razor Scooter Steps

  1. Take a thin amount of cookie dough and roll it up with flat palms.
  2. Cut the roll in half and piece together to make an a L shape.
  3. Make a small roll, just like before, for the handlebars and place above the L shape.
  4. Make two small balls for the wheels and place slightly under L shape

Tip: When cookies come out of the oven, sometimes they’re a little misshapen. Use a butter knife to shape the edges to be straighter, to keep the classic scooter shape.

Razor Blade Snowflake Steps

  1. Start by making the cookie dough into a ball.
  2. Flatten the ball into a circle making it about the size of your palm.
  3. Using a butter knife, cut slices around the edge of the circle.
  4. Pull the slices open a bit, to create the Razor Blade Shape.
  5. Place it in the oven as directed.
  6. Once the cookie is baked, use a small cup to cut out the middle circle.

Next up, is the best part. It’s time to decorate! Pull out your frosting and design your Razor or Razor blade snowflake just the way you like it. And if you decide to do a taste test—don’t worry, we won’t tell!

Rad Reindeer Food

Santa’s reindeer get pretty tired after flying all over the world. They put in a lot of work on Christmas Eve, and it’s important to make sure they’re getting some rad treats too. That’s why we’re sharing with you this delicious and super easy to make reindeer food! But I wouldn’t test taste this one…

  1. Take out oatmeal, candy canes, and chocolate chips.
  2. Pick out your favorite colors of sprinkles and glitter.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Place it in a plastic baggie so Santa can bring it to his reindeer!

After you’ve perfected your Razor cookies and your rad reindeer mix is ready to go, you can’t forget the most important part. Setting it out on a plate for Santa and his reindeer to enjoy! He has a long night ahead of him, so I’m sure he’ll appreciate all the extreme treats you’ve set out for him.

We hope you have a very extreme and happy holiday Razor fans. And please keep tagging us in all your adventures and share your pictures with us on Instagram @razorworldwide because we love seeing it!
